PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
To supports the smooth operation of office functions through administrative tasks primarily filing and document organization.

KEY FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain and organize a filing system.
• Import VAT filing.
• Archiving and storage of filing.
• Sort, file, and retrieve documents as required.
• Ensure all records are accurately filed and easily accessible.
• Assist with general office duties such as photocopying and scanning.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company information.
• Carry out ad hoc tasks as instructed by the supervisor and/or manager.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION
• Grade 12 (NQF4)
• 1-2 years’ relevant work experience.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Namibian citizen.
